Powers of Attorney

Powers of Attorney offer a useful opportunity to plan for the future to safeguard your financial and personal affairs by appointing an attorney to act on your behalf in the event that you lack capacity to deal with your own affairs at some future date. We can advise you on what type of power of attorney is most appropriate for your needs and prepare all the necessary documents for you.

Court of Protection

If someone is unable to deal with their own affairs due to mental incapacity and they have not made an enduring power of attorney or lasting power of attorney it may be necessary to make an application to the Court of Protection for the appointment of a Deputy to deal with their financial affairs. We are able to offer advice to the family and deal with the application if necessary.

Management of Financial Affairs

We manage or oversee the financial affairs of many private clients and offer a service tailored to the individual's personal requirements. This may simply involve monitoring their savings and investments or we can look after all of the individual's financial affairs under a power of attorney.
