Wills

Following a face to face meeting at which we will discuss your wishes we will prepare a Will tailored to your personal needs. We can also provide inheritance tax and estate planning advice including the the use and creation trusts.

Probate and Estate Administration

We provide a comprehensive Probate and Administration service whether the deceased left a Will or not. We are able to assist with all aspects of the administration of an estate including applying for the Grant of Probate, collecting the estate assets, dealing with the Revenue, payment of tax and distributing the estate in accordance with the terms of the will or intestacy. We also advise on  deeds of variation  to vary the terms of the will or intestacy. 

Will and Probate Disputes

From time to time disputes arise concerning the administration of an estate. Such disputes include challenges to the validity of a will, applications to the Court by a relative or dependant for provision to be made for them from the estate and cases where the estate has been mismanaged by the executors. If you are an executor, beneficiary, relative or dependant and would like impartial advice then we shall be happy to assist.

Estate Tax Planning

We provide personal tax and estate planning advice including the use and creation of trusts.

Trusts

We can advise on existing Trusts and deal with their day to day administration including the preparation of annual trust tax returns.
